Jez Phillips

Jez has been working in the property industry for over 20 years he started as a relationship manager for Barclays and Clydesdale bank looking after portfolios of property investors and developers. After doing a few private deals in his spare time; Jez quit banking in 2008 and worked as a full time developer and investor until 2019 when, using all the knowledge and experience he had learnt from sitting on both sides of the financing desk, he provided a private finance loan of £400,000 to develop an HMO. Providing that first loan has snowballed over the last five years and he is now funding millions of pounds in loans each year.
